We are looking for a Team leader to join the multicultural and dynamic team, with opportunities to learn and develop his/her skills within Xerox.
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for handling incoming traffic (by telephone, mail, chat and/or web (care). The incoming contacts usually involve handling of notices, answering questions and complaints, provide information about services and give information about products and invoices.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Minimum High School / Vocational High School
• Minimum working experience with computer: (MS Office) and Internet (Internet Explorer/Firefox)
• Experience with customer contacts (preferably by telephone)
• Sense of responsibility
• Independent and customer friendly
• Very good English Language skills
• Excellent communication skills in Italian (oral and written)
Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming contacts
• Achieve the first time contact resolution targets
• Achieve the productivity and attendance targets
• To achieve the qualitative and quantitative personal goals to contribute to the team and department targets.
